Processing your order
1. You may order your gifts online or alternatively send your order by fax or email. We always confirm the cost of the purchase including delivery, before dispatching the order to you.
2. We will process your order and contact you by email or fax to confirm your order and payment details.
3. We will then process the payment of the gifts.
4. We will contact you to inform you of the dispatch of the order.
5. Dispatch of gifts does depend upon stock levels and the ability of our suppliers to forward stock.
Advice on suitable gifts
We are pleased to offer support and advice on suitable gifts for all special occasions. We welcome enquiries from corporates and other organisations.
Dispatch of Gifts
We use NZ Post to deliver our gifts. We use Air International Post which means delivery to key destinations overseas will be approximately one week from dispatch.
Within New Zealand we dispatch using NZ Post or Courier Post services.
As the cost of dispatch is dependent upon parcel weight and size, the exact cost of postage cannot be determined until we have the goods ready for dispatch. For the purposes of quotation the rates calculated on this site give an indication of the costs you will incur. We will give you an accurate quote prior to processing the payment of your order.

We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with gifts purchased from our store please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss arrangements for replacement or return of the product.
